The story of the Freddi brand began in 1949, when Luigi Freddi opened the first small bakery in the old town of Castiglione Stiviere, near Lake Garda in Italy. Its products quickly gained popularity thanks to their great taste and exceptionally high-quality composition, and the bakery gradually expanded throughout Italy and subsequently to a number of countries in Europe and the Middle East.
